Shipping and Order information:

We will attempt to ship all orders placed before 2 p.m. the same day. If we cannot ship from our warehouse we will drop ship from the vendor. We cannot guarantee these orders will be shipped same day but will provide the quickest delivery possible. Please call if there are any questions regarding these issues.

Return / Refund Policy:

If you should need a return or refund, please call or email for a RA number BEFORE shipping products to us. We will not accept returns without the RA number clearly on the outside of the package. We do not take returns that are damaged or improperly installed. Merchandise must be in re-saleable condition and in the original packaging to be returned for full credit. Cancelled orders are charged a 20% restocking fee if already shipped, and a 10% if we cancel before it leaves our facility.
